Unable to Record via iRig Keys IO 25

Hi-

I’m not able to get a signal into audacity to record new audio. version 2.3.3. on Mac OS 10.15.3
Can you provide a recommendation on how to get Audacity to record?
The record monitor shows no activity regardless of what mic I set.

I can record audio using QuickTime via the audio input of my iRigKeys. I can record into GarageBand as well.
I can import recordings into Audacity.
Audacity recognizes the device, and I can play sound out through the iRig as well.
I don’t seem to be able to record via the built-in mic either.
Again, tools like Quicktime and WavePad are recording just fine.
