Unable to process audiobook Problems

First of all I’m using Audacity 3.3.3 and Windows 10. Few days ago I do submit my recorded audio file on acx but they gave me the Title called unable to process Audiobook. Why this happen I don’t know but its got banned my audiobook few days later after showing this. What is the solution please help me guys.

I do editing in this way →

  1. Effect - Volume & compression - Loudness Normalization - RMS - set it -20 dB

  2. Effect - Volume & compression - Limiter - Set it Hard Limit and the limit is -3.50 dB

  3. Noise floor automatic done while do those process if does not meet noise floor then I delete few blank tone and the file set the noise floor. Finally check the nyquist plugin called ACX check. Please give me solution.

Was the book in English? They used to say that books needed to be in English for publication.

Can you post a screen picture of what they actually said? They usually try to describe what they didn’t like.

Was it in Constant Bitrate 192 MP3? They won’t accept a sound file that’s not in high quality MP3.

They may not accept one either if there’s too many things wrong with it.

They rejected my work, too because they didn’t like my mouth noises. The sound file was perfect.

I do upload 256 bit rate and of course recorded in English.
Actually I do previously upload audiobook and already live. But few times I repeatedly rejected but why I don’t know what is happened!
Few days later acx ask me to provide proof of chain. I really got stucked!

This is my recording mic with room tone. I’m using Boya M1

Can you post a screen grab of their actual message?

Koz

You sent them a sound file with no sound.

That’s probably why they weren’t sure where to go with that.

It can’t be a flat blue line.
