Unable to import mp4 files to Audacity 3.7.0

I´ve downloaded the last version of Audacity 3.7.0 and done a new downloading of FFmpeg for Audacity 3.2 and later from lame.buanzo.org.
When I try to import a mp4 file Audacity says that it cannot open this type of file without a FFmpeg library.
It seems that Audacity doesn´t connect with the FFmpeg function.
I have checked Preferences - Libray without any tracks of FFmpeg. I don´t know what to do in order to make this work
Could anybody please help me out?

Download and run FFmpeg_5.0.0_for_Audacity_on_Windows_x86_64.exe.

You may have to uninstall or delete the older version but I’m not sure.

Thanks for your answer. I did like you suggested, but the problem is still the same. In Audacity under - Help - in Info about the version it says that FFmpeg is activated.
Both Audacity and FF-mpeg data folders are located in (C:) Program and are as far as I can see 64-bit versions.
What more can I do?
PS. The mp4 file I tried to import is from Youtube.

You can try “downloading” to another format or record it yourself.

Or, convert the MP4 to WAV with Kabuu Audio Converter or TAudioConverter.

Thanks for your answer. I will try the other alternatives that you recommended.
Cheers.

I found the solution for my earlier problem.
I went in under Settings - down to Import/Export - Modules and activated mod-ffmpeg and then restarted Audacity again.
