Unable to get Audacity to recognize FFmpeg

Hello!

I’m having trouble importing audios. I currently have Audacity (or Audiotonic) 2.4.2, Lame 3.100 built in, and FFmpeg 2.2.2 all downloaded and installed, but I’m still not able to import audios? I’ve gone to <> <> <> where it says that Lame is built in but “FFmpeg library not found.” I clicked <<locate,>> and it was pulled up, meaning that it was already in the search bar and I didn’t need to <<browse.>> However whenever I backed out or clicked <> to initiate it, no change was made. I have downloaded, deleted, and redownloaded both the <> and > versions. I’ve started and restarted both Audacity and my laptop. Screenshots have been attached. The audios are m4a, I believe. I have had no problems before with importing them until just recently. Please help!

Audiotonic is not Audacity. If you do have Audiotonic, you should uninstall it and install Audacity.
