Truncate Silence Freezing

I’m on Audacity 4 Beta 2, and when I try to go to “Truncate Silence” for a clip I just recorded and it freezes. The “cancel” button is there, but the window is otherwise blank and “Preview” and “Apply” are greyed out.

If I hit cancel Audacity is fine, but the prompt is frozen. I’ve tried restarting and it didn’t change the outcome.
