Hey Martin - wow, this post takes me back! I’m the guy behind Audioscrape.com, and yeah, back in 2016, linking Audacity with Dragon Naturally Speaking was a tough nut to crack.

There’s no direct way to pipe Audacity’s audio into Dragon since they don’t really play nice together out of the box - Dragon’s more about live dictation than chewing through pre-recorded stuff from Audacity.
But man, times have changed! Nowadays, there are slick tools that’d solve your podcast transcription woes in a snap. Stuff like Whisper (free, AI-powered, great for interviews), Descript (edits audio like a doc), or even my own Audioscrape - we transcribe podcasts fast with 92% accuracy, perfect for pros juggling interviews.

No more manual slog! You still podcasting? What’s your setup like now?
