I know there is an Audacity plugin for Windows that allows you to create a text “label track” from an automated transcript. I’m curious if something like this is being developed for Mac or just Audacity in general. Or maybe it’s already an option?
I’ve attached something similar from Izotope RX. It allows you to search for specific words, which is great if you flub a word and need to get a good take from elsewhere in your audio. Would be nice to see this as well.
