Track Templates in 3.7.7

Getting back into Audacity for the first time since 3.1 or something and trying to create a track template via macros.

Goal:

Create Track + Load FX (EQ + Comp; NOT apply FX, just load them with the right preset)

Am I missing something obvious in the never ending list of macros? Feel free to rudely point me in the right direction :slight_smile:

I’m aware of the possibility to just create a template project and do the ‘save as’ each time, that’s my plan B, but it would be so much sweeter to do it with a macro.
