It appears the Windows version of Audacity has a tick & pop removal tool, but the Mac does not? Yes, I know about Repair, it works swell, but it’s limited to 128 samples at a time which is incredibly tiny.
There’s an effect called “Click Removal”.

Is that what you’re looking for?
Well, I did try it, but it didn’t seem to do anything for the files I’m working on. Back when I was a Windoze guy I tried a dozen Windows noise reduction plug-ins, and I can’t say any of them were worth spit either. Oh well.
I have been known to spend a month cleaning up one LP to make a CD-R out of it. Nothing beats, nothing even competes with doing it manually.
For several years I’ve been using a set of plug-ins, called RX Elements by Izotope. It includes a de-click module that functions as a plug-in for Audacity. It is paid but is very effective, can be adjusted for strength, and worth it for me. This is not a commercial endorsement. The current version works in MacOS Monterey and newer.
