TAL-bitcrusher not working please help

i tried to add TAL-bitcrusher to my plugins on audacity 3.3.3 but its not showing, can you please help me

I can get the 32-bit VST2 version to work in 32-bit version of Audacity2,
But the 64-bit VST3 version is not recognized by 64-bit version of Audacity3.
[I’m on Windows].
