I’m a mac user and recently updated to the latest version. Working on a project which just wouldn’t save or back up. I upgraded the cloud storage and saved there but now the files says there’s a sync error when I try to open it. I can still see the file, but just can’t access it. Any help would be so appreciated. I’d hate to lose hours and hours of work. Thank you!
Try making a copy of the local version, and rename it so it is different from the original. Then see if that will open. (Doing this worked for someone else that lost their cloud project, so fingers crossed).
