I’ve got 21 audiobooks out and another three on the way and I’ve had no trouble with 20 of them. The one I’ve had trouble with had a lot of varying degrees of voice volume because of fight scenes etc in each chapter. I had a LOT of trouble getting that one mastered and fitting into ACX requirements. Is there a tip or trick for recording fight/angry scenes that aren’t going to be a nightmare to master? They don’t peak during the recording, but trying to level the volume after the fact is just crazy, and I’ve got three more books in the series by that author waiting to be recorded. I’d really like to get it to a point I don’t have trouble with the mastering.
