Totally updated macOS and AudacityOS. Yesterday I could hit playback and hear everything normally. This morning I can’t. I’ve restarted my computer and Audacity and nothing is working.
Check your Playback Device, especially if you have a USB mic or some additional audio device plugged-in.
I already tried that. Also none of my settings had changed from the day before anyway. Suddenly I just can’t hear anything.
With the output volume control integrated into the output level meter it is easy to accidentally set the playback volume to zero.
