Hello, I am new here, and I was wondering if someone could help me with a ( probably extremely newbie)problem.
I ordered the SubZero base-2 home studio in Norway, and I have gotten to the point where I have plugged the mic and the headphones in the box, and connected the box to my laptop. I believed that this should be enough, but when I open FL 20 producer edition, there is absolutely no sound or signal from my mic. But my headphones are working, so the package should be “installed”, right? The mic is not working anywhere else either, by the way. That is, in any other programs. Is there something I am supposed to download? I thought it would be just “plug and play/record”.
I hope somebody can help me with this newbie-question, as I would very much love to start creating my songs.
