Subliminal - High pitched noise won’t go away

Hey Guys,

I’m learning how to make subliminals and I ran into an issue.

So I used Daltons Ny Prompt and it worked perfectly. The issue I’m running into is I can still hear a high pitched sound and it’s so annoying.

I have no idea how to fix this issue. PLEASE HELP!

Second & third Questions

  1. When I add second layer which is my sound file (brown noise, thunderstorm noise).

    • do I press mono or stereo?

  2. Do I apply the subliminal / Ny prompt to BOTH Tracks Affirmations & Sound file? Or just affirmations?

I would use Steve’s ny prompt for Subs.

1.) The high pitch sound is ultra sonic frequencies, the general idea is to lower them, in fact, if you play your system audio high enough, you should be able to audibly hear them.
2.) I’ve been told by other creators that silent subs work better without extra sounds. Just the converted affirmations are optimal.
3.) Depends on what formula you want, but I’d listen to the tracks before converting them, then convert them if they sound good before that.
