Strange Buzz noise after hitting record button

Hello guys I have a problem with recording. When I press the record button sometimes appears a strange buzz noise, this noise only happends the first 3-4 secods of a recording.
Im using a Headset microphone enhanced with steelseries sonar.

Some of the Windows “audio enhancements” can take a couple of seconds to kick-in.

I disabled the Windows audio enhancements and still happends this creepy sound :confused:

There can be a second layer of “audio enhancements”:
sometimes called MaxxAudio.
