The sample rate logic has NOT been changed. It works the way it always has. What was changed in 3.3.0 is the Project Sample Rate box was moved from the lower left-hand corner of the main screen to Edit > Preferences > Audio Settings, where it resides next to the Default Sample Rate.
The developers are currently restructuring the Export logic. The Project Sample Rate box was made in anticipation of this restructuring and also to help clarify the relationship between Project Sample Rate and Default Sample Rate.
With “SR change” i don t mean “new software changes” or “new release modifications” i mean that i have this problem that CHANGE MY SYSTEM SAMPLE RATE from 48k tò 44.1k when i start Audacity also if Audacity setting Is 48.
So go Edit > Preferences > Audio Settings and set Project Sample Rate and Default Sample rate both to 48000.
For your device, run Windows Sound Control Panel or “mmsys.cpl”, click on the Recording tab, then your device, then Properties, then Advanced and set the Default Format to 48000.
Why do you say this?
What specifically is the problem? Why do you say the sample rate is being changed?

Because it follow the 48k i set on settings only if i play something. But when i open it without open nothing, ALSO IF SET @ 48k, it force to 44.1.
Why? That’s not right! It’s seems a bug.

The problem is that already-started third-part audio softwares, when i open Audacity that set System SR to 44.1, crash or stop working cause they suffer SR change.
