Spectral Editing Tool

In Audacity v3.1.1 on Mac, is the Spectral Editing Tool in the program? The Spectral Editing Tool information can be found here: https://www.audacityteam.org/gsoc-2021-with-audacity-work-product-spectral-editing-tool/

I can’t seem to find where it is in the menus or from within the application, and I’m wondering if it’s pull request will find it in an upcoming update or if It is indeed in the current version and I’m just missing it.

Audacity currently has basic spectral editing as described in the manual: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/spectral_selection.html

The more advanced spectral editing described in that article on the website is still a “work in progress” and not yet ready for production work, so is not yet available in released versions of Audacity.
