Song mixing with multiple tracks

How do I made a song fit into another piece of a different song? Is there a way to make the size of an audio track smaller?

If you hold Alt, you can grab the edges of a clip to stretch or shrink it to become the same tempo as your other song.

I’m trying to mix these two sections of different songs. The top section has vocals at the beginning and end of the clip. The bottom sections has vocals throughout the enveloped section. Is there a way I can fix speed of the vocals without changing the size of the bottom clip?
