Snap to multiple of 1024 samples?

I’d like to know if it’s possible to snap to some specific interval other than single seconds/samples/etc. Specifically, I’d like to snap the cursor to the nearest multiple of 1024 samples. I didn’t see any direct or obvious way to do this with the snapping tool settings. The closest I got was a workaround by setting the sample rate to 1024 Hz, then snapping to seconds. That works, but feels hacky, and I’d like to know if there’s a better solution.

Context, if it matters: I’m using Audacity to diagnose and fix a bug in an audio recording program I’m working on, which outputs in intervals of 1024 samples.

A workaround : create a control track consisting of 1024 samples of silence repeated.

Then step forward along that control track with “Alt” “+” “,” and backwards with “Alt” “+” “.”
