I just downloaded the latest version 3.7.5 and I realize that the Track Time Shift tool is not working.
the ‘hand’ is inoerant and fades away whenever I need it.
Thank you, by vance, for your help.
P.S I erased and redownloaded, several times, this new version. but without result.

The hand only grips the bar at the top …

The hand appears when the cursor is placed on the bar “handle” at the top …
Hold down left mouse button to make the hand grab.

Thank you. But :That’s exactly what I’ve been doing for years.
But since this update, when I click Left the hand disappears instantly.
