Im looking for a Tutorial for making “Silent Subliminals” . I have seen one earlier post by Steve with short description with Lowry’s technique .
I tried doing this but i would like to know a more professional method which is safer(like the "Real subliminals " ones) . I have also encountered with several other problems .

There are several ways to make subliminal recordings. I’m a skeptic so I wouldn’t consider any method to be “professional” and I assume all methods are equally effective (ineffective).
I don’t now what Steve suggested but I’d prefer a method that can be “decoded” to expose the message. For example, a very-quiet sound masked (drowned-out) by a louder sound. If done “carefully” the louder sound can be subtracted-out and the quiet sound boosted and heard. Plus the masking method is straightforward, there’s no “trickery”, it’s obvious how it’s done, and it’s easy to do.

Note that MP3 and other lossy compression formats are designed to throw-away sounds you can’t hear so you should avoid lossy compression if you want the message to really be there. But it may not matter since you don’t want to hear the subliminal anyway…
