Hi there,
tried to deploy Audacity 4 to our users by a silent Install with the usual /qn /norestart /i MSI switches.
The files are indeed deployed to the computers, BUT no desktop icon appears, no start menu entry and also the uninstall entry is missing!
Also tried the ALLUSERS=1 parameter which had no effect on this issue.
Are there any additional switches/parameters required to have desktop icon and start menu entry for all users on a computer?
The uninstall entry is also necessary to check back if the program has been properly deployed. Please repair this!
