Please help after downloading the error api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
any solution ?

This is not an Audacity problem. It is a problem with your Windows installation, see here:

windows 8 does this help. Shall I upgrade to 10 will that help me ? Or it’s a old laptop so will never download ? Pls reply ?
