Restoring flat Chipmunk voices

I have been trying to restore all of the episodes of the 80s Alvin and the Chipmunks cartoon for the Lost Media community. Licensing issues with all the song covers they did are keeping it from getting a full official release so I am trying to make something that would be the next best thing - I have all but about 6 or 7 episodes restored. The remaining episodes only exist with their audio in the same kind of poor quality as the clip I posted (One 11 minute episode is also still completely missing in English but that’s besides the point) The last few seasons of the show were never syndicated so some of the later episodes have been very hard to find. I just want to be able to to make all the voices sound noticeably clearer, it doesn’t need to be perfect but I want to know if there’s is anything I can do to just make them sound noticeably clearer so that they just barely gel with all the other episodes I have remastered. I have version 3.7.3 of Audacity.

It would be interesting and useful to know more about your mastering process?

How does this sound? I had to cut it to meet the upload size limit?
