Repeating thudding/clipping sort of noise in audio file

I imported an aup file as raw data, and saved it as an aup3. The voice audio I want sounds fine, except that there are these repeating thud/electrical/clipping sort of noises repeated randomly throughout the file. Sorry I can’t describe them any better than that, but here is a screenshot of the multiview from the file:

Any idea what I can do to remove these repeating noises?
