Removing crackling from already edited audio?

Good afternoon,
I recently got an audio file that was edited to add an echo effect, I was enjoying it when I started hearing this horrendously loud cracking in the audio file. I would fix it myself, but I cannot find the original song, nor do I know what effects they may have added, so if anyone knows what I can do to remove these cracks without physically going into the audio file and picking out the sounds, please let me know.

Here’s the file: An example can be found between 1:59-2:02 for anyone not wishing to listen to the entire thing:

OK, so the clicks in this recording seem to be from clipping. I do not have a lot of experience with repairing this kind of damage, but you can try
running Effect > Clip Fix here: Clip Fix - Audacity Manual

or De-clicker here: Updated De-Clicker and new De-esser for speech

I hope this helps.

The Clip fix worked like a charm, thank you very much!
