Remove high pitched noise caused by CRT monitor

hi there, I create retro gaming content and I created an audio track which involved a number of microphone recordings. I edited it up and added it to a video and was happy with it but my kids told me there is a high pitched whine which is overlapping from many tracks which is caused by my CRT monitor in the background (I can’t hear it - too old!).

Is there a way I could trim out this high frequency noise without impacting the quality of the rest of the recording (noob question sorry).

Notch-filter in spectral editing tools is the easiest way …
