Audacity not recording
When I hit the record button it always says error opening sound device have tried all I can think of nothing works

What are you trying to record from? The microphone built-into your laptop? Streaming audio from the Internet? A USB turntable? Etc?
What have you selected as your [u]Recording Device[/u]?
