I wonder what kind of horsepower your computer needs to do all that at the same time? We run into that a lot. “How come Audacity pops and crackles when I record?”
LiveStreaming could also depend on the UP (server) speed of your connection, generally far slower than the Down.

I have watched the middle one of those links
I know how to record video as I can see video capture device from my sources but I dont know how to capture the sound card or microphone?
The Windows version is different. I’m on OSX. Maybe you’d get better answers on the OBS forum?
