Is it possible to connect my E-Drum over USB to my laptop and record my playing with audacity?

It apparently is just an adapter cable. So the signal needs to ber converted to digital before. And since you do not say anything about your E-Drum, we cannot tell you “yes” or “no”.
And: why don’t you include a real, useable link to that cable’s description (full technical details)? This might also help.

Well, because I just want to check if I am playing well, I will just record the song with my smartphone over the speakers.
I can’t tell (and I can’ t translate). But as long as it’s for digital recording (not just playback) it should be OK.
Since it’s digital on one end and analog on the other, there will be a “soundcard chip” (or half of a soundcard chip) built-into the USB connector.
