Recording radio

I have audacity on my laptop. Want to record radio 4 plays. How do i set it to record radio.

P.s. very new to this. Will meed plenty of guidance

Which version of Audacity do you have and what is your operating system? Have you checked to see if the plays are available for downloading? Still, it is worthwhile learning how to record the way you’re suggesting too.
