Recording from another program: AC track starting with a delay of about 500ms

hi folks,
when I hit the play button in Percussion Studio then Audacity starts recording. But when I play the recorded track in Audacity I hear that the first maybe 500ms are not recorded.
I’ve read about the AC menu <Transport - Options - noise activated recording> but I got no success anyway.
Whats the royal road to go?

my solution is:
menu transport - options - Set noise activation level
A popup “level-controlled recording” appears.
Default value for start level is sth. about -7.
Set it to -60 works fine :grinning: :grinning:
