Recording a loop

I have created a 4 track loop on Audacity 3.7.7 and now dont know how to record this to a longer piece. It is for meditation/breathing/relaxing so wanted to record approx 1 hour then transfer file to my phone for easy use, any help please? Regards Rod

Every media player I know of has an option to loop forever. Export the audio and let the player do the looping. You will have a smaller audio file that way too.

Thanks a good idea, will try that, old school so not used to thinking like that.

Just to let you know your very simple piece of advice was really helpful, thank you. Learning new things sometimes requires asking a question and getting an answer that to some is ovious but to72yr olds like me are nuggets of gold. I have now alsolearnt to extend the starts of my loop from Audacity as Samsung likes to reduce begining and end and makes a great job of it.So now this morning have produced another new composition saving al the time copying and pasting!! Hi Rod,
Although it’s only around 8 minutes long, you might like a piece called Weightless by Marconi Union. They set out to create a super-relaxing piece of music and did a good job IMHO. You can find it here on YouTube.
