Does anyone know how to stop record and playback volume sliders from moving together? I know it can be done because I’ve done it before but can’t remember how. I’ve looked but can’t anything so any thoughts would be appreciated.

I suspect the reason for no replies, is because no-one knows how to make the record and playback volume sliders move together.
I presume that you are referring to the playback and record sliders in Audacity’s “Mixer Toolbar” https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/mixer_toolbar.html
How are you moving the sliders?
Which version of Audacity are you using?
Which version of Windows?
