Hi everyone, this is my first post as I’ve recently went back to recording DJ Mixes. I previously used Audacity years ago with no issues but I bought the iRig pro duo to help recording as my previous sound card has it’s best days behind it and the iRig is not picking up the sound.
I’m currently using:
Macbook Pro High Sierra 10.13.16 and Audacity 2.3.3 with an Allen and Heath Xone 92 mixer.
I have plugged the iRig straight into the record out on the mixer (using twin RCA to 1/4 inch jacks into iRig’s left and right outs) and connected it to my laptop using USB.
Audacity is picking up the iRig but when I try to record anything from the mixer there is just a flat line.
I’m not very tech savvy as you can probably gather from this post but any help would be massively appreciated.
