While editing samples, I often apply real time effects and then bake them into my wav files. I tend to use the same plugins for this fairly often, and since updating to the last few versions, the real time effects no longer function normally.
I assign a real time effect by clicking on “Effects,” then “Add effect,” I add the desired effect, the blue “power” button is lit, but there is no audible effect. When I open the GUI for the effect, at first there isn’t any effect, but on the second playback the effect comes on. After closing the effect’s GUI, the effect is audibly disabled or bypassed, even though the blue power button is still lit.
Am I just forgetting something? Is this normal and just requires a settings change? I tried rolling back to various versions as far back as v3.3.3, and none of them work anymore.
