Real time effects not rendering on Export or Mix and Render (Audacity 3.7.7, MuseFX only)

I’ve read through probably all the posts on this forum about this issue and I still haven’t reach a proper solution. I feel like this used to work.

The issue is, when I go to export a project, the real-time effects don’t render at all. Volume increase and panning works, but anything under Effects is discarded. The effects I’m using are Pro EQ, Delay, Reverb and Master. All part of the MuseFX bundle. Mix and Render doesn’t work either (mono or stereo). Basically the same result as when exporting.

I’m not sure what else I can do short of recording the output from Audacity.

I’ve just uninstalled and reinstalled Audacity. I may revert back to a previous version.

I ended up recreating the project in Audacity 4, where I was able to export properly. So… problem solved?
