Reading output levels for charting

I am attempting to chart sound and can not understand how to rate the sounds I’ve recorded. -1.0 - -0.5? I’m looking for Hz. Is that what this represents?

I’ll take any tips. Here is my story. I have created a training tool for baseball and am trying to show that the hitter makes greater impact after using this tool. The sound the bat makes hitting the ball is the greatest indicator of impact and (with launch angle) determiner of distance.

Any help here would be appreciated.

Thank you,

KC

I think spectrogram view , ( rather than waveform view), is what you’re looking for …
