.raw audio choppy after import

Hello, I have almost no experience in importing .raw files into Audacity and basically in editing audio overall, but I have been trying to import a couple audio files in .raw to convert them into something more common, but I have an issue and I hope someone will be able to help me

As you can hear, the audio in the playback is choppy/stuttering, I tried importing it with various settings and this is the best I could get

I tried changing buffer lenght both ways because I found out it helped someone when searching for a fix, but it didn’t fix it for me

The audio is from a game and it sounds good while I’m playing it
I wanted to just export it without the need to run the game every time I want to listen to it

The settings I used for the audio were:
Signed 16-bit PCM
Big endian
Mono
48000 Hz

I don’t know how to use “Start offset” setting
