There is “abuse of copyright” - and then there is simple spamming and trolling - PDNFTT
Copyright is automatic in many countries (including the US and EU), so perhaps you could sue sarang for breach of copyright (failing to cite you as the source) 
On the other hand, posting original works to a pubic forum might reasonably be claimed to imply that such works are public domain, hence unencumbered by copyright restrictions 
Good point waxcylinder, though this has been quite an interesting little excursion around forum etiquette and copyright
