Highlighted a section of recording, went to Effect → Pitch and Tempo → Change Pitch. Lowering the pitch works just fine, but when I tried to raise the pitch, even 1%, the preview was silent. Applied it, and the highlighted selection was replaced with blank space. Tested a bunch of times in a bunch of places, same problem. I can lower the pitch multiple times, but I can never raise it; not even back to where it was before lowering it.
