My project(s) are stuck in Sync Pending and will not upload the complete file to MP3 format.
How to you fix this, or prompt to files to complete the syncing or uploading in Audacity?
Just a random thought - Are you opening from an internal NTFS or exFAT drive?
The database format doesn’t work on FAT32, or thumb drives and it’s unreliable on cloud or network drives. (It’s OK to temporarily store or back-up on these other formats.)
For future reference, I recommend exporting to WAV or FLAC immediately after recording whether you save an Audacity project or not. The AUP3 project format is more complicated and more “fragile” than standard audio formats.

If you can get it open in Audacity, use File → Export to make an MP3.
