Project loaded in (xxx) ms with messages after it

Hello all.
I use audacity all the time. I’m a rapper so i spend most of my time making tracks and mixing it in audacity.
However, i mixed one song before i moved onto the next. All was fine.
However now, i loaded up two songs and i get this info box that pops up:

17:30:39: sqlite3 message: (1) no such table: project in “SELECT 1 FROM project LIMIT 1;”
17:30:40: Loaded 93 string 1.947266 Kb in size
17:30:40: Project loaded in 521 ms

Everything seems fine, however when i convert to MP3, i get an error stating:

17:36:21: Failed to load shared library ‘avformat-59.dll’ (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)
17:36:21: Failed to load shared library ‘avformat-58.dll’ (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)
17:36:21: Failed to load shared library ‘avformat-57.dll’ (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)
17:36:21: Failed to load shared library ‘avformat-55.dll’ (error 126: The specified module could not be found.)

I’ve got no idea what this is and i’ve been using Audacity for 3 years. It should be noted i have not upgraded to the newest software version (Using 3.2.1 update is for 3.2.3) But i’ve recorded this whole project with no issues and not a single error has popped up till now.

Any info on what this is? Bug? Error in the system?

Let me know, and thank you in advance.
