problem recording

i have installed the last version of audacity on my laptop computer working with Windows 7
i’m recording in streaming et i meet a big problem
i use the automatical recording…in streaming
the level meter input as a small deviation in green with no sound on imput before recording
as my recording is on pause
and when i record the sound is accelerated during 6 seconds and comes normal after 6 seconds
with a " ploc" on the beginnings the first second et later i have a phasing in my recording
who can give me some informations about this problem

For clarity please always give us all three numbers of the Audacity version - see the pink panel at the top of the page. The latest 2.1.0 version of Audacity can be obtained from http://web.audacityteam.org/download.

For how to record streaming audio on Windows please see http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/tutorial_recording_computer_playback_on_windows.html.

The recommended Windows method is to use Audacity’s Device Toolbar to choose the Windows WASAPI host and the loopback input of the speakers you are listening to. This usually only records when there is a signal, if that is what you are trying to do.

Make sure Transport > Software Playthrough top of the Audacity menus is not enabled (no checkmark) when recording streaming audio.

I removed your text that was the same as your original question.

I suggest you read the answer you have already been given.

Beyond that, make sure sound card effects and Windows enhancements are turned off: Audacity Manual.

If your sound card is broken then you can try Updating your sound device drivers.
