Potentially Corrupted File... [SOLVED]

So, I just did a super stupid thing and was wondering if there’s any chance of recovering my data.

I recently recorded a 1h15min, 4GB+ file. However, as I had the file open, I made the mistake of attempting to move the folder with the files to a new location. All of the files in the data folder moved no problem, but the .aup files stayed. After doing so suddenly my entire file was blank. I attempted to move the files back, still all ~4GB of them. The file still opens up almost entirely blank except for a very small ~10sec section on one half of the stereo track. I know it was extremely stupid for me to move the files with the program open, but I’m wracking my brain trying to figure out if there’s a way I can get the files back. They seem to still be there… but just blank? Any help would be appreciated.

The AUP Project Manager and the _DATA folder with the show have to be in the same location or folder for the show to open. What happens if you just move everything back where it was?

So did you close this project and save changes with the tracks silenced?

If you are still stuck, please answer the questions in the pink panel at the top of this page, then attach the AUP file, and attach the log from Help > Show Log… after opening the AUP in Audacity. Please see here for how to attach files: https://forum.audacityteam.org/t/how-to-attach-files-to-forum-posts/24026/1

Hello! Thank you for the suggestions - turns out I was able to fix it. Apparently I had (somehow?) also copied the files to another folder on the computer - By copying in the .aup file to that location and then importing it in Audacity, it was able to re-recognize the audio files. Thank you for the help though!
