plug-in for Punch-Copy-Paste

I have Audacity 3.0.2

and Windows 10.

Punch-Copy-Paste would be a time saver for me. Is there a Nyquist plug-in, or some other plug-in, for PCP that works with Audacity 3.0.2?

Or does it come with 3.0.2, and I just can’t find it?

Are the Nyquist punch/paste plugins still working in Audacity 313? (Windows 10)

Mine quit after updating.

I can’t seem to find a download later than 2013.
