hello friends i am Ramu i have been searching for PESQ document for voice quality measurement ,i want to know how the algorithm works ,in that how level alignment and time alignment is done and how perception will be done can you please suggest me document which i have to read to know PESQ

Audacity does not use PESQ. There is no reason we would have detailed knowledge about PESQ (see the title of this Forum).
