Orphan block file error

“Project check of “(file name)_data” folder found 454 orphan block file(s). These files are unused by this project, but might belong to other projects. They are doing no harm and are small.”

(The three actions following below this)

The problem here is that these orphan block files are the .aus of the project in the _data folder, though when I try playing them in the folder there is no sound (I have heard that these files are supposed to be a few seconds of the project, so I’m worried this might not be fixable). Playing the project after I choose to complete without deleting is complete silence; each track is there, but just a blue line.

The project did not freeze or crash at all, and ran completely fine from beginning to end. I saved the project as an .aup twice, second time happening after I edited some volume sliders. They were saved twice in my Downloads, then I closed the project. Then when I went to open it again, I was presented with the error. However at first, there was 1 audio file missing before there was the orphan file error. I assume this was a different .wav file I had open while I saved/closed my project. Then I updated from 2.2.0 to 2.3.3 (recent version), and the audio file error did not appear, but the orphan file error still pops up.
