Ordering separately saved segments in ascending order

I’m using Audacity 2.3.0 with Windows 7. I mistakenly recorded over a very long and important interview using Audacity. However, I found the entire interview, but broken up in segments of 1,037 KB in a folder on my disk. I can deal with a 40 minute interview that’s broken up into tiny segments, but the issue is that the segments are not in order by time. Actually, in my Documents Library I’m able to sort them in ascending order by time. But the problem is, when I’m actually in the Audacity software, that order of the segments becomes completely scrambled. How can I unscramble that order when accessing the segments from within the Audacity program? Thanks.
